When you create an account, we collect your email address and any name you provide. As you use the app, we store the schedule blocks, checklists, journal entries, daily reflections, and profile preferences you create. This includes task titles, times, days, recurrence settings, reminder preferences, and any notes you add to your tasks.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the app's scheduling features. We use your email to authenticate your account, send password-reset and verification emails, and deliver the reminders and notifications you configure. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your data is stored securely on the Base44 platform's cloud infrastructure. Each user's records are isolated using row-level security, meaning only you can access your own schedule blocks, journals, and profile data. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data transmission. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required by law, or as necessary to operate the app (for example, using our payment provider to process Premium subscriptions). If you purchase a Premium subscription, your payment is processed by our payment provider and we only receive confirmation of the transaction, not your full card details.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can export your data at any time from the Profile page as JSON, CSV, or PDF. If you delete your account, your schedule blocks, journals, and profile data will be permanently removed from our systems.
You can control notification permissions from your device settings. Within the app, you can toggle reminders on or off per task, adjust reminder sounds, and enable or disable notifications from the Profile page. You may export or delete your data at any time.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly within the app. Go to the Profile page and tap "Delete Account" to permanently remove your schedules, journals, reflections, and profile data. This action cannot be undone.
You can also delete specific data without removing your account. From the Profile page, under "Manage Your Data," you can individually delete your schedule blocks, journal entries, daily reflections, or daily minimums while keeping your account and remaining data intact.
Delete My AccountIf you are unable to access the app, you can also submit a deletion request through our data deletion request page and we will process it within 30 days.
Simple Schedule Alarm is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we protect your data.
