Request Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of some or all of your data at any time. Below are two ways to do this — choose whichever is easiest for you.

Option 1: Delete Data in the App

If you can log in to your account, you can delete your data instantly and securely — no waiting required.

Option 2: Submit a Deletion Request

If you cannot access the app, submit a request below and we will process your data deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.

What Happens When You Delete Data

• Your selected data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
• If you delete your entire account, your email and profile are also removed.
• Deleted data cannot be recovered — please export a backup first if needed.
• Some records may be retained briefly in backups, which are purged within 60 days.
